Jordyn's Final Fan-Fiction

"That's all you'll ever be! A Muggle! Nothing but a muggle!"

The words echoed in the young man's head as he sat by the river crying. Growing up in a magic family, it was taken for granted that he would make it into Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, the best magic school in Britain. However, things had turned out different from what he expected when he opened the letter from Professor Minerva McGonagall, which she had apparently regretted sending. Why send the stupid letter then? All these thoughts swirled in Argus's head before a stern voice interrupted him.

"What are you doing outside, boy? Crying like a girl, it's no wonder even Hogwarts didn't accept you. Stop the tears, that's not going to change anything. Get inside."

Argus met his father's face with a frightened one, only daring to look away as soon as his father started walking to their house. Making sure to keep a good few metres behind him, Argus followed him home.
Ever since his mother died two years ago, the gruff but loving man he had once recognised as his father had disappeared. In its place was a cruel master, the result of grief, heartache and bottled feelings. Going only to work at the Ministry of Magic and then coming home to emotionally abuse the boy before repeating the cycle the next day, Nolan Filch was a hated and loved man to his son. At first, Argus could understand some of the reasons why his father was the way he was, but as he got older, he started to resent it. Fight back even. However, with the rejection from Hogwarts, his world came crashing down around him. With a muggle school being completely out of the question, Argus would have to stay at home, his education being completely at the mercy of his father. Knowing that Nolan Filch spent a lot of his hours at work or sleeping, Argus faced a bleak future with no friends and no education.

Years later, Argus had settled into the familiar routine of cleaning the house in the morning, going to the market to collect dinner for the evening and then spending his time by the river. Ofttimes he would watch the muggle kids wistfully, wishing he could be accepted but with the strange happenings surrounding the Filch household guaranteed that any normal person stayed away from the boy and his father. It hurt. It really did. But those who are helpless often find themselves moving on from a situation that is seemingly impossible to change, and such was the case with Argus. Getting up, he stood to look again after the group of kids before SMACK! Spluttering water from the river he just landed in, he brushed his hair aside to take a look at the brute that had knocked him over. He was surprised to see that instead, it was a girl of about the same age, who was rubbing at a very stubborn stain that refused to budge. Surprise turned to anger as he started yelling at her, telling her what a stupid, clumsy muggle she was before clapping a hand over his mouth. The girl looked at Argus for a second, before she burst out laughing. "Muggle? What on earth is a 'muggle'? I'm so sorry I wasn't looking where I was going, but if you're going to reprimand me, you ought to use better words. Such a strange boy you are!", all said with a mischievous grin on her face. Argus started. This girl thought she could just come here, knock him over and then laugh at him? He would show her, he thought. Just as he opened his mouth to start yelling at her again, she shocked him by asking if he could show her around the village. "I'm new here and I don't know anyone, but since you're such a kind boy, I think you'd do a wonderful job of showing me around", she simpered sweetly. Argus was struck. What kind, he did not know, but he knew that he wanted to stay with this girl for as long as he could.
Their friendship grew through the Summer, and for Argus, so did his love. He had never been smitten as he was with Ruth, and he thought that he could possibly marry her one day.
“Argus, what are you thinking about now?”, Ruth asked with concern. She had noticed that he had become quiet over the last few days and she didn’t know what to do about it.
“It’s okay, Ruthie, just thinking about chores that I think I might have forgotten to do.”
“Silly Argus, forget the chores, come have fun!”
Laughing, he ran after her in a game of chase-and-catch. As long as he had his best friend, everything would be okay. For now. Unfortunately, life does not leave one too long in a period of quiet and content.
While Argus spent his summer enjoying time with Ruth, Nolan’s heartbreak and grief was finally catching up with him. Hearing his son’s laugh and seeing the smile which reminded him so much of his late wife made their memories more vivid, and yet more painful. Sitting at home after work one day, he pondered his own mortality in the quiet, before it was broken with a scream. Scrambling from his chair, he rushed to the river where the noise came from and saw his son’s friend Ruth covered in blood.
“She fell on the rocks! Help her, Dad! HELP HER!”
Tripping over the rocks, he rushed over to the two teenagers. As he reached them, he saw the damage that had been done.
“Son, I can’t do anything. She’s…The damage is too much. No magic can save this amount of damage.”
Argus made a sound that would have made a lion run. He had never known such grief, not even when his mother had died. Looking wildly around, he spotted a stoat lurking nearby. His mind suddenly formed a plan. Taking deep breaths, he finally spoke.
“Dad, I need your magic. I have never asked you for anything from it, but I need it now. Turn Ruth into a cat and take her to an animal doctor. Can you grant me this one wish? I wouldn’t ask if I wasn’t desperate and you know this.”
Nolan looked at his son, and saw his wife’s same sad eyes that had become her in her final days. Looking away, he gruffly replied,
“You are asking me to take this woman away from her family and to perform a magic expressly forbidden by the Ministry of Magic. If I do this, the secret dies with us both. I will have to obliviate her family and friends to erase all memories of her existence and Ruth Watson will be no more. Do you understand what you are asking me?”
“I do.”
“Let it be done.”

Argus cried as he saw his best friend and first love’s body slowly change into that of a cat. He had loved that girl and would have married her if fate had been kind to him for once in his life. Later that day, as the father, son and cat exited the local animal doctor’s house, Nolan looked at his son.
“Argus, what will you name her?”
Argus looked shyly at his dad, before looking down at the sleeping tabby. “I could have married her one day, you know. I would like to name her Mrs. Filch, for the Ruthie and future I lost.”
“Don’t be silly, son. People will laugh. Why don’t you use your mother’s family name? That name was as good as any.”, Nolan said, not unkindly.
Argus beamed at his father, for the first time in years.
“That sounds perfect, Dad. I will call her, Mrs. Norris.”

Sheldon Final Fanfic

This Fan-fiction follows the latest episode of Teen Wolf in which Alyson’s dad finally discovers who the other Bata wolf is. Scott is cornered by the hunters, torn with the decision to either die a human or fight for his life as a werewolf – with the fear of losing Alyson’s heart as she helplessly watches on.
It’s that time of the year, where every girl from high school puts on her dress preparing to live out the one single dream of her entire high school experience.
That time of the year where the boys suit up all spunky in hopes of getting a little action with the ladies as it maybe their last chance in high school - The annual school Formal Ball/Prom.
Its that time of the year were both guys and gals have the freedom to dance the night away as if it was the last night of their lives with no care in the world.
As the night seemingly progressed, Alyson and Scott more got closer as they slowly dance to the ever sweet jam’s, all the while growing more intimate and affectionate.

Alyson turns to Scott and says;

“You wana get outta here?”
‘’Yea, what do you have in mind?”
he replied.
She responded, “You’ll see” with a flirty promiscuous smile on her face.
So there they are, walking out of the school auditorium, leaving the dance party. Foolishly kissing and groping on each other as young couples do when they’re in love. They eventually reach a spot where they can act intimately as they approach the lean up against the paralleled walls of the narrow locker covered halls of their high school. She runs on ahead to the middle of the hallway teasing him of what’s to come. She takes a good look at him waiting in anticipation, so he phsycs himself up to get ready for the night of his life.
Just before he turns to walk towards her, black clothed men armed with artillery weapons block off the hallway from both ends. Facing directly towards Scott who is just standing there unaware of what’s going to happen next.
Both ends have 5 hunters each ready to activate. They begin to walk steadily and focused to kill, the tensed emotions begin to spark.
Alyson looks on frighten and confused of what’s going on, fearing for Scott who could possible get hurt, while Scott looks back and fourth at her and the hunters as if he has everything under control. Suddenly in a moment both teams of the hunters take off and break free, aggressively running towards Scott. With Scott cornered in, having no where to run – both teams jam up in filling up the space of the narrow paved high school hall way.
Just before they collide and crash furiously, Scott’s heart rate had already breached the limit of a normal human being activating his inner beast. So as they collided he un-humanly leaps high forcing the hunters to stop in their tracks. Landing on the on top of the lockers overlooking the hallway with Alyson right across/opposite him and both teams of hunters blocking the way from going both left or right.
But with his werewolf form taking shape, revealing his true self to Allyson who is shocked, emotionally distraught and confused.  Confused about that the love of her life is the very thing/creature that her family has been hunting for centuries.
To her amazement Alyson steers at him, gripped with fear of the fact that her boyfriend (the first person she’s has ever fallen in love with) is well and truly not human but a Werewolf.
Scott helplessly looks at her in his Werewolf state only to slowly turn back to normal as his heart rate drops back as he sees her (the only one that can keep his abilities intact.)
He whispers to her the only words that could possibly think of.
“I LOVE YOU”
She looks at him with tear filled eyes, lifting her hand upwards, while he Leaps off and bursts through the ceiling making his own exit, just before Alyson’s father  and the other hunters shot him with their deadly bullets.

Alyson filled with emotion, slowly walks out the high school hall way outside drowsy still in shock of what she just witnessed. Faintly drops into her fathers arms who whispers to her
“It’s going to be ok”
As he looks out into the distance with only one thing on his mind – Kill Scott McColl.

As the night eventually fades away, Scott – not knowing what to do, flees to the forest (the place where he was first bitten)
he begins to holler and shout
“NO”
in pain thinking that Alyson hates him after seeing the beast, as his frustration builds, all the screaming and hollering starts to grow into howling.
Meanwhile Alyson and her father drive home from the school. Her father tries to explain what happened and begins to give her a big lecture on how dangerous Scott is and warns her to stay away from him. Subtly ignoring him, she slips into her own little world. Looking out the window replaying what just happen, over and over again.

She begins to question herself.

Why didn’t he tell me?
He’s a liar!
Do I still Love him?
Arghh how can I love him when he’s a Warewolf?
Is he really the same Scott?

All these thoughts start to run in her mind but one thing’s still remains . . .
She can’t help but love him.

Sheldon 5 fanfic links

Fanfic links...

1. Vampire Diaries
In this fancfic, the author continues the story from the end of season 3 Where Elena is finally on the verge of becoming a vampire after 3 whole seasons.

The author takes it from Elena's perspective, as she paints the opening scene with an intimate exchange between Stefan and Elena. As Stefans mourns in sorrow, fearing that hes stripped her of whats rightfully hers. . . her humanity. ''If only I saved her first" he questions in his mind, she wouldn't be forced to come to the realization of her loss of humanity.
The author continues with the dialogue showcasing Elena tearfully fighting with herself as she vocally tugs between the two sides.
The life experience she will miss as a human and the never aging life as a forever condemnd vampire.

This fanfic was quite a good read. A realistic take on what could actually happen in the next season. An emotional but detailed dialogue that you could totally see happen. Overall considering this was the writers first attempted it was an interesting read and worth developing.

2. Alphas
In this fanfic the author adds in a scene in the opening episode of season 2. he writes from Gary's perspective which is written in first person, which I actually think is probably the best way to write if your going from Gary's point of view. As it best fits/describes his way of thinking or his overall character.

In the fanfic, Gary is coming to grips with what happen to him in building 7 and moving on as he converses with himself trying to put together the missing pieces of his memory. Bill walks in and tries to compel his sympthay and guilt. In the end they walk away together in harmony...

I like the concept of the 1st person take as well as the developing friendship between he and bill but to me it just seemed to plain and boring. with not much work out into the actually relationship it kin of comes across little dull and plain. tome there could have been more of a so called development.

3. The Newsroom
I really loved this piece of fanfic, firstly because the author wrote a scene based on the relationship of the anchor Will and producer Mac. The author's take on it portrayed what every 'Newsroom' fan always wanted - the intimate connection to finally happen between Will and Mac.

The writer simply just adds to and develops on an existing moment in an episode where we find Mac in Will's office, in hope for a chance to reconnect what was once there - love. She looks around as she battles her own mind thinking he could never forgive her but at the same time hoping maybe one day it could happen again. Will eventually walks in the room, they talk closely only for him to unexpectedly open up to her and lean in to kiss her, which is exactly what she secretly wanted.

I enjoyed reading this fanfic because every fan of this show will tell you how much they love these two characters. Emotions have been building up since the first episode and they two characters FINALLY get back together (in some way). As a consistant viewer, you could see how this could realisticly play out in the actual show. really worth while read.

4. Breakout Kings

This is a drama about 3 convicts given an opportunity to work alongside a special forces unit in order to capture highly dangerous criminals. The thing is, what better way to catch a criminal then someone who knows exactly what and how they would do it. In return they get time reduced off their sentence.

In this fanfic the writer takes a small part or snapshot of a scene and develops it further, into something audiences would actually want to see. Lloyd and Julianne are found alone. They eventually do what fans have always craved ... An intimate encounter.

The writer is very detailed and incredibly descriptive which allows the reader to really cling and grip onto what the writer is trying to portray. It certainly does create a vivid and accurate picture in the readers head of exactly how the scene would play out. An interesting read need to say with very detailed components that I believe for a writer doing such piece.

5.Smallville

An interesting take on clark Kent's first love. A perspective that i personally loved, because as a follower of the series, over the years I've always wanted something to come about of these two characters. An actual scene that showed the epitome of their love. Thats exactly what the author has done here. The writter has written a scene that showcased their love for each other which was never really fully portrayed in the actual TV series.
Creativity was a hit in playing out the scene, setting the mood depicting the characters etc. but i think they could have gone further in actual content and plot.
interesting read for sure though.

Knowing that Nolan Filch spent a lot of his hours at work or sleeping, Argus faced a bleak future with no friends and no education. (need to find a way to end this properly and link to Middle part)

Middle: Meets Ruth Watson who becomes his only friend. Argus falls in love with her but an accident happens that leaves them both dying; Father's heartbreak catching up with him - getting more ill.
Years later, Argus had settled into the familiar routine of cleaning the house in the morning, going to the market to collect dinner for the evening and then spending his time by the river. What kind, he did not know, but he knew that he wanted to stay with this girl for as long as he could.
- meets Ruth Watson who has just moved into the village
- signs of his father's illness
- need to establish the age(?) maybe not so important
-  friendship formed on keeping an eye out for each other (like canon Filch and Mrs. Norris)

Ending: Argus recovers but Ruth still in coma. Father's last act of penance to son is to save Ruth's life through Transfiguration, which will change her body to something easier to fix. She becomes a cat, but social norms which are against human transfiguration means that Argus must hide her identity. Taking on his mother's maiden name, and in the token that their love was good enough to be husband and wife, Ruth becomes Mrs. Norris the cat, Argus Filch's lifelong companion.
